Minoo has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.

She also holds the Cambridge Teaching English as a Foreign Language Diploma (Dip. TEFL), qualifying her as an English teacher and teacher-trainer.

Minoo has been Course Director at a number of English language schools. She has been running her own residential language Centre near Hastings in the UK since 2002. Her interests include foreign languages, social affairs, health and fitness.
